purchased four of these units, however two of them are not working as the LED light does not stay on. The paperwork inside the box states that if the LED is not lit, we should contact the company immediately.
Unfortunately, there are no contact details provided no email address, phone number, or website and I have been unable to find any way to reach the company.
This is very concerning and makes me question the legitimacy of the product. I have not yet tested the remaining two units and am worried they may have the same issue.
I would appreciate urgent assistance regarding a refund or replacement.
